I’ve been there, Too.

I’m chelsea, a certified life coach.

  I believe that a healthy spiritual mindset can lead to a healthier balanced life. 

I get it. 

As women, we often wear multiple hats as we serve our families, our partners, our children, our careers and our communities.

The prioritization of your goals, whether it be self care or starting the new business get's lost in the shadows of your servitude to others.  

We are so often pulled in the multiple directions of our multiple roles.  But, there comes a time when you say that you have had enough.  Life can lived be better than this.

We’re All meant to shine. so, what's getting in the way of your light?

For over a decade, I consulted healthcare executives on how to build remote health care programs.  I would learn their challenges, implement a strategic plan for success, set milestones and monitor key performance indicators to ensure success.  

My career began to compete with the priorities of being a mother, while also trying to balance being married.  My husband's career made major transitions common for us.  I got lost in the shadows of chaos and overwhelm.  Many days felt like crisis management, and trying to just say afloat.

It got to point where I needed to seek help.  I invested in my healing journey.  Years of spiritual devotion, therapy, mentorship and coaching helped me navigate towards a healthier way to live life. 

After investing in my own coach, therapist and mentors...I made significant progress in healing. I felt empowered, purposed and called to help as many women as I could in the same light.  So, I became a certified coach, to help you unlock the potential to live your best life.
